A. How do I order?
Fill out the order form, provided in the photo album/catalogue. If you have any further questions about a product prior to ordering, please contact me via PM, Email or Text, and I will happily get back to you as soon as I can with the necessary details.
B. What If I don’t want to fill out the order form?
Sorry everyone, no order form no transaction.
C. How do I pay?
Accepted forms of payment are:

3. Shipping
A. Shipping will be done by the following couriers for domestic orders

B.For international orders, shipping will be done by the following couriers

Shipping rates:
Air21
Metro Manila – PHP 100.00 up to 1kg
Mindanao - PHP 150.00 up to 1kg
Visayas - PHP 150.00 up to 1kg
Please note: The shipping prices outside of metro manila may be slightly more than quoted price, due to weight, quantity and location. I will inform you if any of this does happen asap. Shipping prices also include the items used to pack your items securely and safely, to ensure the least amount of damage comes to it.
C. Meetups
Yes, I do accept meetups, strictly only at SM Megamall or SM Sta Mesa. I do also accept a few other locations, depending on my schedule and where I will be.
NOTE: Change of meetup points will appear on the 15th October 2009.
D. When Will Items be sent?
Items will be sent as soon as full payment has been settled.
FAQS
What are the brand of these items?
Palettes – They are branded M.O.I Cosmetics, they originate from Hong Kong,
However, they are the same palettes sold by U.S companies, and other companies whom sell the same palette.
Mineral Makeup – Ellana Cosmetics, in which I am a reseller of.
All others are American or Australian brands, names of which are stipulated in the catalogue provided.
Are these products Hypoallergenic?
Palettes – Yes these are. But please take note of the ingredients written on the box, as I cannot be held responsible for any adverse affects any of these palettes may cause.
Ellana Mineral Cosmetics – Yes these are, as the creator of Ellana cosmetics has confirmed that these products are made from pure mica.
Other American or Australian brands, please refer to each product in its picture description or the actual website of the product for more information.
Can I pre order items?
Yes you can pre order items. I will require a 50% down payment to be paid prior to the item being delivered to myself. The remaining 50% will need to be settled prior to item being delivered to buyer. If pickup, the 50% may be paid on the set meet up date when picking up the item.
Please note: That once 50% has been paid this becomes non refundable, if buyer decides to cancel order all together.
Can I pre order items?

Can I reserve items?
Yes, I can reserve items that are on hand for only a maximum of 5 days, if payment has not then been settled, I reserve the right to cancel reservation and put it back on the market, to allow another buyer a chance to purchase the item.
For pre ordered items, yes I can reserve items as long as a 50% has been paid, If the downpayment has not been settled prior to the item arriving and has not been reserved and paid by another buyer, it then can be held for 5 days, if item has not been settled, the order will be cancelled and put back on the market, to allow another buyer a chance to purchase the item.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
As for returns and exchanges go, I will accept a return and exchange an item, if I have for some unfortunate reason sent you the wrong item. Damage to the palette by the courier mishandling, is not acceptable grounds for return or exchange, as once the item leaves my doorstep, it is no longer my responsibility. However, please do know I go to the extent of ensuring your palette is not damaged before I send it and packing it safely.
